Here is a site I have purchased from numerous times http://www.widewidths.com/ They are a bit pricey but the boots are well made of quality leather; they will last you for years. They have a large variety of styles, heels, and widths. Also, there is no hassle with returns/exchanges. David Tate and Ros hommerson are my favorite brands.
Also, Sillouhettes http://www.silhouettes.com/ has a good selection. Hope this helps.
