Hi, I’m Amy. I’m 18 years old and have struggled with my weight since I was a young child. I’ve dealt with bullying and snarky remarks behind my back, and it has not been easy.
I’m learning to love my body - all 200 pounds of it. It’s frustrating when I go to stores and I can’t wear all the cute things I see because clothes don’t come in my size (I can vary from a size 14 - 18 depending on the clothing.)
To all those girls out there who think that they won’t get a boyfriend who loves them for who they are - they’re wrong. My boyfriend of 3 years LOVES my curves, and supports me even when a “diet” goes bad after a few days. All he wants is my happiness and my health - which is why I am now trying to get fit and focus on the quality of my life rather than the size of my jeans.
I’m Amy, 5’3, 200 pounds, and the world can’t stop me from being sexy.

And if any of you girls ever need anything, send me a message at my tumblr (cutefection). I’ll answer them privately, no questions asked.
Stay beautiful :)
Oooh! Look! We have ourselves someone who doesn’t like what they see! Here’s an idea, piss off and don’t come to my blog. Don’t like it, easy, there’s a little red cross in the top right hand corner of your browser, press it, it’ll take you away from my blog. Now use it and get the fuck out.
I have posted a couple, but I’ll post another :)
Thanks for the message! Hmm, one thing that made me love my body was having a great man who loves the way I look. She has you, so she’s on the right track! Does she like lingerie? If there is one thing that makes any woman feel sexy it’s lingerie. Corsets are my favourite because they accentuate a woman’s curves and they look awesome. Talk to her about things that make her feel sexy. One of my favourite things to do is doll myself up, make up, hair, lingerie and some sexy music, whether I’m alone or with my boyfriend, this always makes me feel sexy and confident. Also, nice clothing, clothes that she loves and look awesome on her, that will give her a confidence boost. I can also suggest a professional photoshoot, or even unprofessional one, you could play photographer and she could be the model :) Make them tasteful and sexy :) But if you have some money, look around for a professional photography studio that does hair and make up as well (gift certificates for these sort of things are AWESOME!!) I had one done when I was 16 and it did give me a huge confidence boost :) You feel awesome when you’re getting done up and the photos are gorgeous. Well worth it :) Let me know how you go!! Good luck! :)

Hello there, I’m Elizabeth a 21 year old student whose finally accepted that I am NOT a blob of skin. No not that at all I am however a sexy, curvy, chubby, fabulous woman. I spent so much of my life believing that if I could just lose 5 more pounds I’d be pretty. It turns out that is not how the world works. Everyone views beauty differently what I see as attractive or unattractive someone sees it entirely differently. I’ll be the first to admit that my legs have always been a extremely sore point for me. I come from a family of very shapely women. Each shaped a little different from the last but with one recurring pattern thick legs. I hated them. I thought they were stubby and disgusting.

I’d figured out that I was beautiful that each pound I’ve gained since high school, since getting out of rehab for an eating disorder was a badge of honor. Except for my God forsaken legs, then I met the man I’ll be marrying next year and he just fangirled over my chubbystubbies. As it turns out actual adult men prefer a woman with some curves to her or as he puts it something to keep him warm at night.

So again, thank you so much for Gentlemen Prefer Curves. It serves as reminder for some of us each day that society is backwards and there’s nothing better than a woman with a little class ;)

For those who saw My black/white pic here last night-I wanted to show that despite the serious faces (which symbolized how serious we are about our marriage), we were blissfully happy that day! And still are.

You don’t need to throw up, or hurt yourself. I’m glad this blog is something you can look to in your time of need.
You are beautiful, no matter what you look like, please don’t feel like you have to harm yourself in anyway because of the way you look.
Stay strong.
I have to say, I am LOVING all the gorgeous submissions we’re getting!
At first there was only a couple and I was considering switching submissions off, but since we’ve been getting so many of them now, I have no intention of switching it off :D
Please keep them coming!
